Meet Ash and Tom
Two owner-operators, one partnership group. Whichever of them turns up, it is the same company, the same standards and the same number.
Ash
Owner and operator
Started Smart Water after the Army and a spell in construction. Built the round himself, one recommendation at a time, and still does the work rather than watching it.
Tom
Owner and operator
Runs the Eden Window Cleaning side of the partnership with his own established round and a team behind him. Same standards, same six-weekly rhythm, more of Doncaster covered.
How Smart Water started
Ash served in the British Army as a tank driver. After leaving, he moved into construction driving articulated dump trucks. Good work, but long hours building someone else's thing.
He wanted something of his own. A mate told him about window cleaning, and Smart Water was born.
Four and a half years on, he had built up over 350 regular customers of his own and dozens of five-star reviews. Most of that came through word of mouth. People tell their neighbours. That's the bit he's most proud of.
Windows, gutters, fascias, soffits, conservatory roofs. If it needs cleaning on the outside of your house, it gets sorted. He now runs it in partnership with Tom, which is how Smart Water Window Cleaning Ltd came about, and there is a team behind them both. Ash and Tom still work the round themselves; they are not sat in an office.
How we work
You get a message the night before to confirm we are coming. We turn up when we say we will. Do a proper job. Treat your house like it is our own. That is it. No gimmicks.
That has not changed now there are two of them. Same standards from both sides, same honest prices, still a text the night before to say we are coming.
